Soundscapes Yinyasa- a fusion of the dynamic Yang style of vinyasa and Yin style of long held passive poses coupled with a sound bath and guided meditation to bring balance to your mind, body and spirit. 45 minutes of yoga with a mini soundbath savasana. Followed by homemade cider and a fresh fruit salad provided by Yinzer Valley Farms.
